Sooner or later in one's life journey everybody finds him/herself in a position of leadership, where you have to delegate, motivate, supervise and manage people under you.
The most interesting difficult part of the story of being an Entrepreneur is being a Leader, managing people, this is where the strength of your emotional intelligence and priorities will be tested; and it's a personal question of whether you gonna end up Great, successful or if you gonna fail and fall down.

Utmost, As an Entrepreneur you are more of a Leader, An Innovator or should I say the awkward guy with the Genius brain, we all have where our strength lies, whether it's Creating something new, bringing intelligent minds together, Analyzing Strategies or whatever you are good at. And yet we all have our weakness where we need others to handle for us and help us out, that is why the success of your organization lies on your hands, the decision you make, the leadership attitude you posses.
On the path way to been an Entrepreneur and a Leader, a Man/Woman of worth, it's not your IQ or technical Abilities or Charisma that will tell your success on being a leader, on managing people; it all balls back to your emotional intelligence how you deal with situation using your mind and not you heart.
This is a brief status of my analysis on Emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is a character of five (5) personal characteristics
·Self-Awareness
·Self-Regulation
·Empathy
·Motivation
·Social Skills
I will brief you on the each of these characteristics
Self-Awareness: As an Entrepreneur/leader this is your ability to identify your weaknesses, strength, support and priorities. You are aware that you don't have the strength and necessary resources to handle a plan and you thereby admit it and delegate others that are expertise in that field to do the job.
Self-Regulation: self-regulation is a leader's ability to keep calm when angry and reason before taking any impulsive steps. Well most Leader are known for throwing tantrums when their subordinate or work force fail at a tasks, they get too impulsive and fail to analyze the cause of the failure. They prefer to find a scape-goat to shoot the blame at someone. This skill you must learn to absorb in order to regulate your emotions. Others say being calm or gentle is a sign of weakness, No it's not, it's a sign of Reasonableness and Understanding.

Empathy: empathy in this sense is the ability of a leader to be aware of his/her subordinates feelings when taking decision. His ability to evaluate does that are affected and does that are not affected the reason and importance of the decision to your company and organization.
Motivation: A leader must always motivate his workers, make them see the reason and Importance of achieving a goal to their own benefit not he's. Well motivation goes beyond giving a full euthanized manifesto, but by admitting the importance of very individual on the Organization/Team/Company personally of the responsibility they carry irrespective of their position and off course nobody refuses a sincere gift.
And the Last one, Social Skills: well in this part your communication skills is not an opt, your ability to be connected to so many people, "As for me If you must be an Entrepreneur make friends with all kinds of people" because this world is fluiddish in fashion, you never know who you will need. Keep open mindedness with your entire Team/Subordinate it gives you an edge to what happening or what gonna happen.

Let me share a brief story of my recent encountered.
Some few weeks ago, I started building a Health Humanitarian Organization named "Save a Life, Save the World Health Organization ", it's a non-profitable organization that consist of different professional in the Health field. At the dawn of this Idea I meet with my friends and told them about my intention and what the organization will be all about, off-course it is a great idea, questions were asked on different areas, and I gave reasonable and analytic answers of the possible constraints, benefits and perceived opportunities of actualizing the dream. With enthusiasm everybody want to be part of It, Good! I was happy, so, when I got home I started designing a logo and created a group chat to give active update on our plans and sequential actions.

Well, the first action on the to do lists was to build and train the team since most of us were student in the Medical field. So we agreed to have practical class every Saturday and have the theoretical class on the group chat just to save money and time, So far so good No theoretical class was Initiated on the group chat and also, on the first Saturday which we were supposed to have practical class section nobody showed up, well, out of a number of 8 people only two (2) had the intentions of coming to class, out of the two (2), one(1) was just waking up on his bed as at the time we were supposed to start classes, off-course I was there before the designated time. So the class was cancelled and rescheduled to another time on the group chat online. I was sad and Impulsive in emotion but I rethink and analyze on the reasons for the class not been able to hold.

We had a meeting and discussed on a new improvement on how to meet up with classes, so as to get everybody involved. On the second class, Only 3 people showed up with my self numbering 4 altogether, off-course everybody was Informed and I personally called them Individual to check-up on them coming. I received an excuse from one of the Team member that he had no transport fee and vowed to pay his transportation to and fro just to motivate him and make him come, but yet he didn't, with no hesitation the class took off for the first time after the first attempt that failed.
With my social skills I decided to broadening my selection of the Team members from just my core colleagues and meet other distant friends and friends of friends which has proved to be very helpful and intelligent. Currently I have a running number of 20 Medical Professionals from different fields which I intend to select only dedicated and passionate Individuals to be on the main team.

With my self-awareness, knowing my weaknesses and strengths I delegated someone to be my assistant and help me with other tasks while I handle the rest.
Managing people and being a potential Leader takes a lot, you have to take responsibilities and charge of decision making and others. Most of all, As a Leader you must learn to take decisions without involving you emotions; but be very sure it's what's good and beneficial to your Organization/Company/Team not what's beneficial to you or your subordinate. There thousands of books on leadership, you can get one to give you a full insight on the topic of Leadership or Leaders
That's why I said in my previous post that it's neither gonna be Easy nor is it gonna be Tough, but It worth more than the pain.

Tips for entrepreneur's I follow my self.

I can say creating this blog is one  move I think Will change a lot of things, I do have a strong believe, so today I was thinking about a lot of things and one thing came to my mind "creating a new business, you know creating a new business can be all very interesting and fun, the really hard work practically comes from working remotely for your startup because we have to remain productive as entrepreneurs, I came up of with a list of interesting tips that I am using my self and I strongly believe it will ensure a successful start up even if you choose to work in a traditional office.

 Before I start writing or doing any work related stuff I make sure my space is clean and I have very comfortable sitting position because it  helps me think well and straight, it really is very important to have a coner where you can sit,  doing this comfortablely even without  thinking much, the ideas will come in with ease, untidy and noisy environment wiill only bring distraction and could affect concentration.

If you work online and you are working remotely like I said, you'd know that it requires you to work for long hours, true, but this should not stop you from taking a brake to breath, normally we know friends that work nine to five don't really take brakes but you work for your self you need it to be much more productive, so I also strongly suggest taking brakes between task or get an application that can schedule reminder for brakes every hour or two by doing this you are refreshing your mind and I promise you'd accomplishe more by doing so.

Another thing you need to do is schedule your day to day activities, you can't just do anything anytime you feel like it , it will affect the start up, you need a tight schedule to accomplish your set goal and how to do that is to put your schedule in to a time frame, so for every specific task to be complete for that day. 

For Example you could schedule your email for an hour in the morning and then hours before the end of your productive day you could have social media promotions for a set time and use  the rest  time to work on your main idea, doing this you'd be able to keep your head up and work accurate and as well as get enough work Don in no time.

Now you don't want to work when you have friends around or any buddy you love to gist with because work remotely usually attract this kind of thing, so to avoid distraction you need to find time for your said , understand your environment and work when it is best suitable for you to work, so you don't get to fuck up your startup

Following this simple steps in managing a start is definitely productive and it sure works, you should know that the hardest part of the journey is the startup you need to get it right not easy but there is no harm in giving it your best I mean best shot.

What slows down the growing process of an entrepreneur.

 I am writing this article to explain how certain basic things slows down our growing process as an entrepreneur in this part of the world, but one of the vital qualities of an entrepreneur is to walk through the darkest part without giving up to become the best, i hope with time Nigeria and some part of Africa will provide quality amenities to speed up the rate of entrepreneurs growing because what the world needs today are creators, people that have the ability to crate something should have the basic things for implementation.
                                                                                                                                                                                       Growing is a process i mean growing in the right mind, growing in an healthy manner,gowning with all the necessary requirement of the body, growing with all natural resources  so one can think straight and be focused.

We are all different, we all go through different situation independently, growing regardless of this situations is what makes us strong, as an entrepreneur, a lot of problem comes our way when growing up but this problems are normally caused by unhealthy decisions we make along the line into becoming a full fleshed entrepreneur.

A lot of people have grown and become the best they can be, but in certain environment the race can be three times difficult because of certain factors and occurrences.

looking at the rate of entrepreneurs produced in this part of the world, the rate is low because of  certain factors, for an entrepreneur to grow, he or she has to grow in the right mind and spirit.
a lot of things motivate us and keeps us moving regardless of setbacks, one of which is power, power is one major thing that guaranty productivity but in a country where there is no constant electricity supply like we have here in this part of the word is one major hindrance that does not only hinder progress but affects the mind psychologically, this is one factor among other possible materials that are meant to be available to young and growing individuals but are not available.

It might get better with time, it might not, it doesn't stop us from striving and walking through every hindrances but certain things has to be addressed.

The True Nature of an Entrepreneur

As an Entrepreneur you are not an ordinary human, your thinking capacity is beyond boundaries, depending on the field and niche you occupy. You are one in a million of the Greats minds that will ever exist, either as a Tech-geek, Writer, Artist, Scientists, Innovator, Fashion Designer, Photographer, Doctor. 

Well, you may be the awkward guy in the room, the guy with the most deviant opinion, the guy that thinks beyond boundaries, the guy with the comprehensible talks, the guy that Strongly sees impossibilities as possibilities, the mad or crazy guy; Man you are not alone, because without your crazy brains the world will not be a beautiful place, Ultimately saying, you are the Genius type. 

It is sure that with your awkwardness, you will have difficulties being accepted by most people based on your level of interaction and communication, because relatively few people can understand you. 

As an Entrepreneur one of most crucial elements of Survival is that you must not feel apologetic for your awkwardness and rational way of thinking or doing things, because the Survival of humanity lies on our hands. 

Here is a typical scenario that happened to me; I got to school on a Friday morning, fully aware that I have no classes on that day. I met with my friends and friends of friends chatting together about entrepreneurship and that the current Nigeria economy as not being a favorable and encouraging at all. I was full with enthusiasm to join the conversation, everybody was contributing their Ideas from different perspectives and was acknowledge as a brilliant contribution. 

Getting to my turn, I was all ready full of the vibes to contribute, I started talking and talking; In few seconds all could get as a response was "Guy you no they ever make sense for your Life", I tried to elaborate more on point of view, but my contribution was not acknowledge, I felt Diminished and grounded. 

Hopeful, the story has changed since I stopped caring about my awkwardness because as an Entrepreneur believing and seeing the good in yourself can keep us going and make us achieve Impossibilities. I have choose to become the "Leonardo Da Vince" of my Time. 

That's why I said in my first post that it's neither gonna be Easy nor is it gonna be Tough, but It worth more than the pain.

Money! Money!! Money!!! This five letter words is firmly embedded in the minds of all youths.  We need money, we love money, we respect money, we adore money BUT it seems money hates us with passion. Money doesn’t love us, the moment it sees us, it takes flight and entangles us in never ending debts. It breaks our spirits and extinguishes a hope for a better tomorrow. There seems to be a fundamental flaw between our passion for money and our ability to make money, a kind of disproportional variation. We reason that the more we read and have better grades, the better our chances of securing a well paying job, thus earning money. But for many that have good grades and have failed securing well paid jobs, the popular jargon we hear is to start something – begin a small scale enterprise.

This article is targeted to those who have business ideas in mind and are about pursuing it or have pursued it, but are stuck midway.

Beginning a small scale enterprise is not as easy as it seems. It all begins with having a simple concept in mind, striving for, working and nurturing that idea until it yields into a profitable business. That simple concept, that breakthrough idea, that new innovation that serves as the crux of a business could be hatched at the middle of the kitchen, in our bedrooms, our toilets etc.

That doesn’t mean one is expected to be in the restroom in search of great ideas.

Success could and would only be achieved when one starts to pursue that business idea he has nurtured till he gets what he wants.

TAKE HEED that there certainly will be ups and down when one begins a business.

There will and certainly be losses, there will be debts, start-up capital shall never be enough, and all other hindrance continuance of the business. But know also, there will be profits. It might only take time but there shall be gain.

There is always a light at the end of every tunnel. As such, it is advisable to always have one’s mind fixed at the possibility of making losses than on profits at the outset of a business. This premise is based on two grounds one, some unforeseen circumstances might arise when starting a business that will make loss more feasible than gain.

     The second ground is to guard against any psychological trauma that may arise from making loss. This to me is the most important premise because making loss at the beginning of a business is always terrible to many.

Having invested so much time, money, enthusiasm and resources into the project, the last thing they’ll ever imagine is a loss. 

     They can't bear it, they can't stand it, like a mother with her first kid, they can't imagine their little baby (business) is threatened with cholera (loss) at infancy. So when one expects loss at the beginning of a business, he would not be surprised if loss eventually comes. Conversely, if he makes gains, it will boost his morale to continue with the business. Either of the two ways, it’s a gain-gain scenario.
Also, one thing that is fundamental in a business is hope. Barak Obama in one of his speeches posited that hope is not blind optimism, it is working for, striving for what once seems impossible. A young entrepreneur MUST be willing to hope in the success of his business. He must have faith that his business would succeed and must never be undaunted by the initial failures of his business as he will only fail when he falls down and stays down.

      Conclusively, it must be stated that success in business is difficult but it is not impossible. Millions of companies are registered worldwide every year but less than 5% tend to be profitable. The remaining 95% just fizzle out of existence. For you not to be part of the remaining 95%, its time you take your destiny into your hands. Work hard, hope and have faith. You’re not different from the likes of Bill Gates and Jack Ma. Success is yours ONLY when you get the f**k up and start working!

"Man you are Above 18yrs and you not making money yet, your life is a wrecking Ship". I try to find my balance after been gunned by my roommate with this words, my heart raced like someone that has just been sentenced to 57yrs imprisonment, my mind collide with different thoughts I can't even understand. 

Later, that day, got to my Uncle's office for the first-time, All I could think of was running without looking back, after seeing a stark of documents to be cautiously Scrutinize by Him. "Damn it, I am totally screwed I said to myself".

Me: Uncle is this what you do in the office all day.

Uncle: Yes, young Man, thank God its not much today.

Finally, My statement confirmed itself; Yes, you are totally screwed. I look through the Ocean and started re-navigating my Ship, like Christopher Columbus, In search of a beautiful Island, My Desires, My Dreams. That day My Perspective took another course, I am born to be An Explorer, An Entrepreneur, An innovator, A philanthropist, A CEO and most of all a Icon that will make the world a better place for me and you, irrespective of your Social Status, Tribe, Religion and others.

Money Making is a lifestyle, a habit, so therefore it must be transcribed in your Genome.

Nigeria and the entire Generation of mankind is at is peak of transformation, New Ideas, Innovation and Improvement on past ideas are running an Olympic never stopping race now, you can be part of the big TRANSFORMATION, by first, changing your mindset, Re-creating yourself to suit this big unstoppable force of the change of this Golden Era and also to make more money that you can't stop cashing throughout your lifetime. 

More so, the idea of becoming successful and free of the bandage of office tension, Is to think beyond the boundaries, letting your mind explore, with this you will see, find and notice problems that needs urgent therapeutic attention and only you is destined to solve it. 

Being an entrepreneur, you will discover the full extent of your strength, the things you can do, the full potential of your mind and the most amazing thing of all, is that you will have more money to spend.

Well, I never said it's gonna be easy neither did I say it gonna be tough but always know that, The highest mountain "Everest" in the world was once a Motten-Magma under the earth crust, but it refused to remain compelled to the beneath and choose to erupt; you can and most choose to erupt so that you may also become an Icon of Excellency as ages fades away.

The rules of the game are strict, but strictness is the lifestyle of an entrepreneur and you also much be to play and win. Definitely, you will lose all you capital, strength and courage,because its never a fare journey but surely you will make it.

This platform is protect, build, discover and breed potential entrepreneurs into full actualization.

Entrepreneurs should Invest wisely instead of paying for help.

A new day for something totally new, hope you are gradually getting involved with the process of entrepreneurial change, hope you are getting inspired by my writes ups, if you are please don't forget to leave a comment, your feed back means a lot to help me move forward so you can as well to achieve our plans in due time.


Am going to make this as simple as possible, for those of us that are more interested in making money on the internet, this can as well point to offline entrepreneurs as well trying to grow form a particular point, we see a lot of pay before help  schemes online promising to organize a seminar or some sort of coming together to teach people the process of earning money doing what they do though, they make a lot of money from several growing mind and at the end of the teaching you get a manual that teaches you their own process of making money, well you are expected to follow the same process, looking around i have noticed that out of 100 percent of people that visits the lecture only about 5 percent end up making some cash the other find themes self's a square one again.

If you are not a computer literate you need to learn and i mean really learn, not just going to get help but you need to get involved personally because if you don't fall in love with the computer seriously you need to be somewhere else.

 How will you promise people that are computer illiterate that they can make money online regardless of their ability to utilize the computer effectively, it is just funny most of this computer illiterate are so quick to jump at the opportunity.

Making money is not that easy but at the same time really easy, what can one really learn in one day, at one of those pay before help seminars that one pay heavily for, it is not worth the waste of money and time, i have never attended one because one of my secret is learn from other peoples mistake, i do learn from mine as well but i take time to understand something before i do it, i prefer going to a free conference where i will be inspired by people who are already making it big instead of paying those that are still struggling, sure they are still struggling because if they are not they will not make extra cash off people teaching them what they claim to be already making millions from.

Information is free, what you need is constant, learning, studying and motivation, invest the few dollars you have to the right channel instead  of attending the pay before help seminars.
